Team Building
BCE Technology provides team building between utilization
management, case management, quality management and the
medical staff. BCE Technology also offers a ©Clinical Accounting
system that provides a measurement of clinical documentation
and coding activity.
1. Utilization Management
BCE Technology has developed and uses the Utilization
Management Forumto accomplish team building with the Utilization Management and CaseManagement Departments. This clinically
oriented program is given in half-day formats and includes role
playing as insurance company personnel to reinforce the need
for accurate, complete and timely information. It stresses the team
approach with hospital personnel, paid physician advisors and
the attending physician. The Utilization Management Forum is
taught by BCE Medical Directors who are experienced Utilization
Management experts in both the hospital and insurance industries.
2. Business Development
BCE Technology has many years of experience in designing and
implementing physician and hospital businesses that work. BCE
Technologybrings management, legal and accounting skills to focus
on client issues and implements business strategies that meet the
client's objectives and are profitable.
